Great mask became Not so Good..
Love the mask. Used it in a pool yesterday doing laps. Increased my workout dramatically. If you can get beyond the state's at first you soon become the envy of those swimming laps. Was able to increase laps just for the simple fact of increasing my breathing capability. Love the simple snorkel pop up for ease of use and for storage.UPDATE:Well, here's an update. The mask has lost it's good seal and is more often fogging up than not. I have used the mask in a pool at the Y for the last few weeks, about 3 times a week. the last week I have had to I continuously having to take the mask off due to fogging after just 2 - 3 laps of normal swimming. I have cleaned the mask with a clean soft cloth after rinsing after every use hoping that would be a cure but it wasn't. Something I was very enthused about became a disappointment.

Used this today for the first time in the pool at my gym. Couldn't be more impressed. Worked perfectly. Never leaked. Never fogged up. It actually felt a bit loose on my face so I thought it might let some water in but it was nice and dry for the entire 20-minute swim. Can't wait to get this to Hawaii. One small drawback is that if you dive with it, I'm not sure how you would clear. I usually squeeze my nose and blow but you can't squeeze your nose with this. I'll have to figure out a different way to clear. However, the mask itself is awesome and worked perfectly.

Comfortable but fogs
Works well enough, but I can't seem to stop it getting steamy even with the lens defogger drops on the lens. Its IS super easy breathing wise. I've done scuba and snorkel all my life, but I imagine those who don't like the breathing through your mouth only aspect of traditional snorkeling, would really appreciate this. It would probably be great for kids for that reason.I may not be getting the mask tight enough and that is effecting fogging, but as I can't simply lift it off my face and wash water through it to clear, its a bigger pain than it would be in a traditional mask.

My husband loves this thing. He does not like to breath through his mouth so he never really stayed in water with goggle/snorkel for very long. He got a nice, tight seal with this and snorkeled much longer than usual in this mask. My adult son also liked it. Some others who tried it just didn't like their 'breath' in the mask so it's a personal preference. If you have trouble with goggle/snorkel equipment I would definitely recommend giving this a try.

This Is Fantastic!!
This facemast-snorkel is fantastic! I absolutely love it! That said, let me start by answering a few questions/concerns that I had about this fabulous facemask-snorkel.1. Will it fit over a beard? Absolutely. I have a small beard (or maybe it's a large goatee), and the facemask and seals fit over my face and beard with no problems.2. Does it fog up? No. So far this thing has not fogged up on me while I've been using it. I have seen a puff of fog form when I surface, but it disperses right away.3. Does the frosted part of the facemask obscure vision? No. When I use this thing I don't even notice the frosted part of the facemask. The field of view is large and clear, and I didn't notice any distortion of vision.Here are some more positive aspects. There's nothing to bite onto. Just put the mask on (after locking the snorkel into place), adjust the straps, and you're set. When I use this I am able to breath mostly normally. By that I mean that I find myself getting into my snorkel-breathing mode. It's not quite like breathing free air, but if you've snorkeled before the breathing will feel about the same. The separation of the breathing compartment and the viewing compartment is another great feature. The floating marble cutoff works great to keep water out of the snorkel, and I have not experienced any water inside the snorkel. I haven't tried the camera mount, but it seems like a good idea.I did notice a little trickle leaking if I dove down a few feet. I'm not 100% sure, but I think it may have been caused by some of my hair interfering with the silicone seal. It's not enough to be a problem, and the mask seems to have a self-draining feature. Cruising on the surface there is no leaking when the mask is adjusted right.

Like the folding snorkel for packing
Like the folding snorkel for packing. Had the old type where you had to pop off the snorkel and if not careful with the old type you could crack the snorkel so this one was a lot better. I love the mask and the fact you can breath with it thru mouth or nose without anything in your mouth as well as the nice viewing area.

So much better than the traditional set up! Easy to travel with. I appreciate not having to bite down on a mouth piece and I don’t miss the taste of sea water one bit.
