It's amazing how larger and more organized your garage can look simply by getting things off the ground. The shelves have earned the wife thumbs up approval. The longest and most frustrating part of the whole thing is finding the studs behind the sheetrock. Once that's done, the shelves go up in a matter of minutes. If your garage walls are bare, installation will be a breeze. The included directions are well written and have good illustrations.The included hardware (6 lag bolts per shelf) is of good quality and unlike some of the cheaper brands I've dealt with in the past, the heads won't shear off in your socket wrench while you're putting them in the joists. The brackets are sturdy, the shelf material is sturdy, and I have no doubts that it can easily hold the proclaimed 250 lbs. The only gripe is that the wire shelf kind of slides into the brackets and sits on them, and the only thing holding it in place is 4 plastic zip ties. Makes for a kind of wobbly installation, but I have yet to have any problems.

Like like like! Gave me lots of storage in the garage in places I never thought about! These are BIG shelves, 2 feet deep and 4 feet wide. I put them up in my garage at about the 6-1/2 foot level, along a wall where my car lives. I sell a lot of stuff online, so bubble wrap, boxes folded flat, paper towels, are up there.Not that these shelves aren't capable. They are rated at 100's of pounds each, but I don't want to have to figure out how to get a 500 pound thing up that high? Or get it down? So I put my bulky, lightweight things up high on these, and they work just great!

Easy to install, although I'm not a fan of the wire shelves needing to use zip ties to secure it. For the price, it would make sense.So far this was one of the few wire shelves that I have found that have a large enough gauge wire that won't warp over time and it's also one of the few that come in a 24" depth by 4' long sections.

Installed 2 of these shelves in the garage in an L configuration.Easy to install into the studs.Can hold a good amount of weight.Only upgrade would be a more-secure connection between the shelf and the supports; zip ties appear to be doing fine, but I'm nervous that they might snap under stress. Haven't subjected them to enough stress to break, so, so far, so good!

Very sturdy shelves. Had one problem though. I was very careful to measure shelve brackets for level because I was putting them in a line next to one another. However when I was done installing them I noticed all the shelves were lower on the right side by about half a inch. Double-checked for level even used another level. Brackets were level. Only thing I can think of is the right brackets were slightly off from the left causing then to sag on one side a little. Wish they had more hanging hook options as well

It's a damn wire shelf, just wish the shelves themselves were heavier duty. On this model there should be one more support per shelf also, I kept tugging on the shelf wondering if it was going to collapse. I bought the 15" model, as this one scares me a little. Otherwise good, especially if you are putting lighter stuff on it.

We put these up in a child's room to replace a hammock that she'd filled with stuffed animals. It is working great. It's not a thing of especial beauty, but it's sturdy and serves the purpose and she can see through the bottom to select the toy she wants to play with.

The shelves are very strong and well made. I bought these wall mounts for my garage because the ceiling is truss construction and I did not want overload It. The brackets are sturdy and if properly attached to the wall they should hold the max weight with ease. The ceiling mount shelves by HyLoft are also well made but overhead space is limited.
