Fissler Vitavit Premium Pressure Cooker with Steamer Insert, 6.3 Quart

Best pressure cooker we’ve ever had. Though it comes at a higher price point, the quality and performance justify the cost. The functionality is fantastic. It’s incredibly easy to use, with intuitive controls. The build quality is exceptional. The materials feel solid and durable, with a well-designed lid that locks securely in place. Even though it’s on the pricier side, we consider this a worthwhile investment.

Our old pressure cooker feel apart after 24 years so we bought this one based on ATK review. It's super wonderful. Heavy, diamond cross-hatching on the bottom interior is very useful to prevent sticking. The Gauge on top is well engineered as is the lock. We have cooked briskets, stew and collards and everything turned out terrific. Well worth the cost. We would highly recommend!

Good on induction stove. Capacity: enough for 3 meals for 2 of us in 1 cooking. Cooked dried beans/food in 30 minutes to soft! Good pressure indicator! Secured lit. Easy to clean.

The great pressure cooker we had. We bought this as we most of the time use pressure cooker, we used other brands but didn’t work well. Broke within a year. This one is working great so far.

Very unhappy for the price I paid. After about 10 usages the steam system stopped working and steam goes through it. Overall experience is not great, they market it as high end device. In fact it feels very unstable, I had issues when steam was coming out from the side of the handle. And they fixed by themselves because the rubber ring was not tight. Highly not recommend, not worth it. I don't get benefits regarding speed. Because every second time I get some sort of issues. One time we added not enough water so steam was not enough. They sent big manual, I spent time reading it. The device should be more intuitive... Update. I spent a month trying to reach the support through Amazon and via Fissler website. 0 response. Initiated money back process via my bank.

While I own several pressure pots, this one is my favorite. When I put the lid on, the clear visual and audible feedback affords me great confidence that the pot's pressurization is going to perform according to my expectations. Then, as it comes up to pressure, the large button which shows the pressure has been achieved is so easy to see and insures my dishes come out to perfection each and every time. On the inside of the lid, the large grip to release the pressure indicator for cleaning is super handy. What I like best however, is that the base of the pot is exactly the size of my largest burner and not bigger. (Note: My glass top stove turns off intermittendly when the pot is bigger than the eye.) The pot is easy to clean in general. Any residual water spots are easily removed by wiping them off with vinegar. Any burned on bits on the base come off easily by boiling a solution of baking soda and water to lift them off promptly. I like the pot and do recommend it.

I did not realized It is much bigger than I thought, I had returned it back after I got it at once. It should be a good quality pressure cooker. I will buy a small one.

This is my third Fissler pressure cooker. I had zero doubts it will perform as designed. It is German engineering after all. Pure joy!
