This is the best fish oil supplement I have found. Really helps reduce inflammation in my body.

This product gets high marks from several health related web sites that I have visited. I assume the company is legit, considering that it appears that they have allowed independent scientists to test their product. The amoung of Omega-3 that you get is quite high, especially considering the competitive price. Best deal is to purchase a supply that lasts 3 - 6 months.

Garden of life products are my go to.

I am not one for eating seafood (personal preference) therefore i take fish oil supplements. This one is by far the best. Its a bit expensive but there is no fishy taste or smell. The only thing i've noticed is the occasional orange burps which are pleasant.
