Q: The picture says herbal tea, but the product I received says black tea. Is the black tea also without caffeine?

I believe your seller sent the wrong tea. There is a decaf hot cinnamon but that is not the same Harney’s Herbal Hot Cinnamon and the bag should be marked as Decaf not herbal.

Q: What are the ingredients listed?

There isn't an ingredients list on the bag. However you could probably go to their website (www.harney.com) or call them at 1-800-TEA-TIME. That is the contact info on the back of the bag.I should add that is a VERY high cinnamon content (which I love)! If you don't like strong cinnamon then this is not the tea for you!
