I love that this insert fits perfectly! I bought a different one that said it fit and it did not. Buy this one, it works well. The chain is heavy, but looks great. A tip is to attach the chain before you insert it into the bag. Can't wait to wear it out and get tons of compliments on it!

The insert fits snug and doesn't come out when the wristlet is open. The felt quality is great and blends with the bag as can be seen from the pictures. Also the clasps don't peak from the sides like other brand chains. Chain color matches perfectly with the bag hardware!!

The chain was defective. I wrote to the company and sent pictures and they did nothing.

Great customer service, I wasn’t very satisfied with the chain color I got and they replaced it with another one, is a good product, fits perfect in my YSL envelope. I do recommend it
