An Exhaustive & Authoritative Study into the Life of One of the Greatest Generals ever!
Just a quick thought: I've recently started reading this comprehensive military history book about one of the greatest generals of all time. He was an undefeated war veteran who kept winning until he was finally deposed. The author has done what modern, well-established historians do - they collect data, travel to relevant places, analyze, and then write what they believe to be the accurate account.I'll provide a detailed review once I'm finished with the book. Thanks.

Very nice book, but the quality of the book is bad
I really liked how it's written but the page quality is like a xerox copy, it says 2023 edition but no improvement has been made. The publishers should look into this and make an edition which has good quality. Other than that it's a great book.

Women will no longer be able to give birth to the likes of Khalid bin Al-Waleed
“Can you tell me a good Islamic biography to read?” This is a question that I get asked time and time again. Apart from the 'Seerah of Prophet Muhammad (Upon Whom Be Peace),' the book that I suggest is - 'Khalid Bin Al-waleed: Sword of Allah: A Biographical Study of One of the Greatest Military Generals in History.'Khalid ibn Waleed, One of the greatest heroes of Islam, about Whom Abu Bakr (RA) said, "Women will no longer be able to give birth to the likes of Khalid bin Al-Waleed".(Ibn Kathir)The book is very well written with all the important areas and eras of his life covered in chronological order. It will keep you fixed and amazed right from chapter one “The Boy.” Another positive about this book is that, it was written by the late Lieutenant-General A.I. Akram of the Pakistan Army, in October 1969. The author learnt Arabic in order to draw on the earliest historical sources and he visited every one of Khalid's battlefields, in order to draw analyses from the viewpoint of military strategy, including reconciling conflicting historians accounts.
