These have been a pleasant surprise. In the first place, we were concerned about the fit considering that we have 3 Yorkies, One is 7 1/2 pounds and the other two are 4 1/2 pounds each. No worries. There is plenty of adjustment even for these little beauties. Likewise, we were concerned about the bulk, but all three dogs will wear the collars all day and pretty much ignore them.They also don't bark nearly as much and are quite effective on that front.A number of reviews have mentioned short battery lives. Based on those reviews, we quickly ordered a couple of packets of replacement batteries. Those batters are still in their sealed packages. We have been using these three collars for a full month now and all three are still on the original batteries. The only thing we do is remove the batteries when the collars are not on the dogs.

Proceed with caution. There’s a reason that within a day your furry friend stops barking writhing 24 hours. I tried it out on arm before attaching it to the pooch. Everything was fine until the second shock.... felt like lightening mode! So I does the warning beep the first two times dog barks. Then it zaps them with the setting you’ve set it to. Then then next time it goe one step up ... but it felt a little more powerful then that. I left my in the default mode of #4 dog stopped barking within 48hrs.

I have a mini Dashund and they are the cutest most lovable dog a family could ask for but, they are inherent barkers. It’s in their nature to constantly yap at everything. This collar was a great bargain for the money. She learned very quickly to settle down when it gives a warning tone. Excellent product!!

For the most part the collar has worked well for me over the last couple of months. Sometimes it acts up, and wont pick up my dogs barks even in the highest sensitivity setting. It does go through a lot of batteries, that is something to consider, but I'm sure other similar collars are the same way since there is no off button.

Bought it for our small Yorkie...way too big. So not for small dog even though it states it is. Put it on our male Golden didn't work too good. Very disappointed in this bark collar.

We have ordered these many times. My dog keeps getting them wet and they stop working. They are pretty cheap but we like that it beeps a few times before shocking. Just make sure you don't have it up too high because it can give a really hard shock

Somehow or another the color shorted out and shop my dog continuously for about three minutes. My poor dog was in pain running around and scared. I don’t recommend getting this collar for the dogs.

Didn't work too well.**Beware*** the electrodes burnt my dog fur!!and we noticed that he ended up with irritated skin in that spot
