Product Is good, finishing and base wooden frame quality bit low... felt like cost is bit high

I searched for many shops offline for an acrylic name plate with lighting and not a single quotation I received was under Rs. 3500/-.Then I came to know about this Arushi Creation by one of my friends, so checked for the price by chatting with the staff over whatapp and received a quotation of Rs.1450/- only...literally, I was quite amazed with the price.I wanted to make a name plate with the combination of English n Gujarati language and this requirement was also accepted by Arushi creation with the same price(So nice of them).Once the order was confirmed, they sent me the template over whatapp after 1 or 2 days. In the template, I asked them to modify the design which they did and came up with the best suitable design and I immediately approved the same and received final product within 5 days of order placement.In short - staff is friendly, requirements are addressed properly, on time delivery, quality is nice.I am going to recommend Arushi creation to my acquaintances.

The product design is decent, white background plate is fine with gold lettering but the LED setup is fragile and the frame provided is bad. You cannot easily assemble and the quality is bad.

Complete dis-mental Product arrived . Even we have to make frame 🖼️ which is not in aline .. poor quality of material even led strip brightness is very poor.. very disappointed ☹️
