These sieves are perfect for bakers who also like to mill their flour and remove some of the bran. I typically use the 40 mesh size for normal bread baking. They are a good size, sturdy and I imagine will last a very long time.

These are lightweight and easy to use. I use them to sift bran out of my milled flour to make it lighter. It works well and the price is fair. I am very pleased with these sifters.
