Bob's Red MillGluten Free White Rice Flour, 24 Oz (4 Pack)

I use and love Bob's Red Mill products, and have for many years. I recently started my sourdough journey, and it was recommended to use rice flour for banneton baskets to keep dough from sticking, instead of your usual flour (as rice flour has no gluten).Well, it worked like a charm. Not only was this rice flour the standard, outstanding BRM quality, but it was the perfect sized bag of product to keep me in not sticky loaves of sourdough for a while.I've been making sandwich loaves in Pullman pans, and a sprinkle of this rice flour helps those finished loaves just pop right out. I've shown 2 pictures of that finished project.I can confidently say that you can't go wrong with any Bob's Red Mill product, and the reason is that I've never used one that didn't perform exactly as promised. They are wonderful and this rice flour is a great example of their quality. If your tutorial is recommending a rice flour - this is the one.

This was my first time using rice flour. I purchased it to make the carrot cake recipe from the cookbook Gluten-Free Flavor Flours (which I had purchased to try out some recipes to accommodate the gluten-free folks in my life). Very happy with the results and will continue to use this product for recipes calling for white rice flour.
