Nice and safe for children!

I have used one of these before and liked it so much I bought my own. I was thinking of buying a bigger fancier one but for just cutting paper I do not need anything fancy. I mostly use it to cut out visuals for students so I can organize them and laminate without wasting laminate sheets. The clean edges help and it's easier/quicker to use compared to scissors.

It feels a bit flimsy, but I really like how the blade has a guard and you have to push to use, it feels really safe to use, and the measurements are all accurate!

Crazy how school pictures are SO expensive these days yet come printed on 8×10 sheets that need to be cut out... I purchased this paper cutter to make sure the pictures were cut to perfection & it did its job! Paid the extra $1 because pink is my fav color so might as well get it in pink😉

It's pretty and functions well.I've used it quite a bit,and my grandchildren .It held up so far.

The blade lasted about a month before it got dull and started tearing the paper. I've only been using regular paper, nothing thick. I'm buying replacement blades and hoping they last longer!
