Great images and instructions, range of knots shown in the book. Pages are thin cardboard but that was fine for us.The 'ropes' provided are thin shoe lace style, but again, this was fine for us as it was for a child.Would buy again as a gift.

My 7 year old son loves this book!

This book is decent for kids as the steps are easy to follow, but I ended up returning it.The ropes that are included are more like shoelaces (see picture for size) and the big part of why I ordered this book was that I thought it would include some solid ropes for practicing knots. The ropes are very thin though and not at all what is pictured in the product image. The book also does not have the physical tabs that are pictured so you can lift each page, as pictured. The tabs are printed on the page.Still a decent book for kids, just disappointing that it is not the same as pictured.

This is a handy dandy fiddle learning toy.
