This brand of tudca with ox bile is really important for the body. I feel like I've lost my big belly. Seems to be burning fat and promoting my fasting diet.

Good non GMO, no wheat, soy or gluten or SUGAR, very nice! Can do without the rice flour and silicon dioxide... never deficient in quartz, thank you very much. Would pay a little more if included milk thistle.

It’s a vitamin it’s been helpful to my gut issues of obvious bloating and the changes between when I take them vs when I don’t are pretty obvious so I definitely will continue

I recently bought this and started taking it but when I checked the ingredients it had mag stearate, silicone dioxide stuff I prefer to stay away from since I'm working on getting my gut right, this would be defeating the purpose of eating all the fermented foods I've been eating, I won't allow this, I suddenly started having issues with constipation, I went and got a colonoscopy months ago not because I enjoy it but you have to be certain whats going on with your body when things change all of a sudden, but that didn't help much and I prefer not to be taking drugs to help me go, I don't think I will continue to take this, so far it hasn't helped after a few days so .......
