Tasty & good for you too
These gummies are tasty so it's easy to remember to take them. I can't say I've noticed that it effects my energy levels, but I'm a vegetarian and can't eat peanuts, so I have few dietary sources for CoQ10. I'm happy to take them as a supplement. I've also noticed that this (and other VitaFend products) are a good value compared to other sources. I was sent a sample to review and my husband and I have both been taking them. After reviewing the available research, we will continue to do so.
