The best all around
If you’ve read reviews all over the net about this tv and compared it to others (like I did) you may be torn between a few contenders. Well, after months of debating I finally went ahead with the Qn90b- and I must say, I have no regrets. The brightness is almost blinding. This is a HUGE point on this tv- it makes the picture amazing. The blacks are beautiful. The colors all pop. It’s like an Oled only much much brighter and watchable in any environment. Sound is fairly impressive for a tv with such a thin format. I really enjoy the ease of the Samsung software also- very quick switching between apps. To adress the couple of downfalls- As far as the bad comments on the remote that I’ve read- I really enjoy the simplicity of it. Having roku tv and fire stick remotes it’s somewhat of a cross between both, and was very easy to get used to. The one thing that I will agree with is the prismatic reflection. I have a lamp on one of my coffee tables that I had to move- as the reflection from the lamp (when on) at night is noticeable in dark scenes. It’s not a big deal at all- but it is there. Don’t shine a light directly at it and it’s not a big deal lol. The tv is viewable almost flawlessly at any angle because of the layer that causes that to happen- and I’d gladly keep it the way it is (and move my lamp) than to loose that angle clarity. Overall very happy with the quality and the purchase

Amazing TV, worth the high price tag!
This TV is amazing because it doesnt get affected by the sun glare through windows! Perfect for hosting watch parties or even just netflix at night.

Best QLED.
WATCH THE PRICES, they change from time to time on Amazon. That said, at the highest, they probably beat other sellers by a few dollars. At the best price, they still do better. I did a lot of research and this seems to be the best 43-Inch QLED available. OLED is a different story. Because our TV is sometimes on 24/7, OLED is less of an option because of burn-in. QLED doesn't seem to have burn-in concerns or necessary maintenance to avoid it. The QN90-A may have been just a little better, but that older model is essentially impossible to get. I ordered one from a 3rd party Amazon seller and got the QN90B anyway. The picture is pretty good out of the box and can be improved significantly through adjustments. I use a separate receiver for sound. The settings seem easy to learn. I am not a fan of the remote. The volume rocker constantly and accidently turns on accessibility features and/or mutes the volume unless you move the rocker 'perfectly'. Otherwise, it just does the job. There are some other remote options you can research. I think it is a great replacement for my previous 12 years old Sony Bravia 43 inch.In general, some people will miss 'Dolby Vision', not available with this TV. There are some picture quality problems I won't go into (I think it's quality control issues TV to TV), but, I've not found anything I can't adjust to improve. And like I said, the remote needs improvements. But overall, this TV is worth the look if not wanting OLED.

Amazing TV
An absolutely amazing TV! The build quality is impeccable. The picture is bright and beautiful. It even has good sound quality. Only minor negatives are the Samsung media center and the remote. Not sure who is buying a smart TV these days and using the TV’s software though. It’s an easy thing to bypass. For example, I have my PS5, Xbox and switch all hooked up to the TV and have them set to turn on the TV and recognize the source, which completely bypasses the media center and/or game center.I ordered the Samsung S95b a few months back and returned it (came with a bent panel and wasn’t that impressed with the picture considering the hype/price). I much prefer the qn90b’s bright picture and sturdy build quality. Also, this tv has no issues handling black levels and I actually prefer the black levels on this tv compared to the inky blacks on OLED displays. If you're on the fence, buy this TV - you won’t be disappointed.

Can be a 5 Star, unpredictable, buggy firmware ruins otherwise great set
When I first received the TV, it was running firmware 1204, and initial impressions were fantastic. The peak brightness was really needed for my space, the contrast was fantastic and it was basically the best LCD I have ever seen. There were intermittent eARC issues, as other reviewers have mentioned, but a hard power cycle usually cleared those up for a few days at a time. I was eager to upgrade to the latest firmware to hopefully address this. That’s when the wheels fell off. Upon upgrading to firmware 1211.2 the eARC issue seems to be fixed, but it broke something else. THERE IS SIMPLY NO BACKLIGHT CONTROL. It remains on 100 percent, no local dimming, the brightness slider does nothing (going from 0-50 along the slider yields no change). This leaves dark scenes with a glowing grey 2007 era LCD splotchy mess. A TV 1/10th the price would have much better performance. To make matters worse, Samsung support says they have no reports of anyone else having issues, despite enthusiast AV forums having tons of issues. I have tried hours of combinations of hard resets, factory resets, adjusting picture settings relating to the backlight, and not related to the backlight, changing power settings, different picture modes that I wouldn’t normally pick, and changing it back all in a bevy of combinations. All of this in an effort to dislodge this bug that has basically ruined the TVI believe this is the problem with some of the various reviews. Some have a great experience, some have terrible ones, it’s because the software manifests issues differently on different sets running different firmware versions. Some people get the software bug that breaks the backlighting software, others dont get it.I am even ignoring the fairly bad UI in general because I will put up with a lot software-wise to get to a panel that has stunning capability. This machine is capable of producing a world class picture, and its such a shame to have this issue. SAMSUNG PLEASE FIX THIS.
