Are these machine washable?

Not sure they are "machine" washable but they are VERY easy to clean with Dawn detergent and warm water.

Do they prevent stabs from fish fins?

I have not had an issue with stabs from fish fins while cleaning . Remember these are primarily cleaning and flirting gloves. Pretty good gloves.

What’s the difference in the fishing glove and the filet glove?

Filet helps to avoid getting cut
