This stuff might help support a healthy prostate. I'll never know. Asked Grok before taking it what side effects might happen. Itching was one. About 3 weeks into using it got severe itching at the waist. Applied itch cream and itching set in on the forearms. Yet another supplement I can't take.

Makes me itch and it gives me rashes

A lot of capsules are empty ,and the whole bottle inside is dusty .Hope they had a better packaging. I will definitely call Amazon to notify them . It seems to be an excellent product: too bad for that sloppy packaging!
