Omg I brought 2 for my Central Asian shepherd pups 10 months old they have had every chew toy out there big buffalo bone crunch it up in 1 day buffalo bones chewed it up so chips of it was every where nylon bone no intrest after 1 day I even brought one that was as seen on tv for 10 bucks chewed parts of it off in 1 day I bought this split as I think they like things that have flavor to it as soon as I took it out they were on it each has one and are happy and content. I. Ordering the giant one right now as they are aggressive chewers this is a must at 100 pounds each I'm so glad I got them

I have bought these before, and my pitbull loves them. They are strong and last a long time. They usually don't break off in shards. However, this one came super skinny, so it was easy to break. In 5 minutes my dog was breaking off super sharp pieces that I had to take away because they were unsafe. I also had to take the rest of it away because it was too easy to keep breaking sharp pieces off. I understand that every antler will be different because they are real, but this one was way to skinny and too easy to break into sharp pieces. My hopes is that they can send me a new one, because I feel we did NOT get our moneys worth from this one.

My dog loves it! She chewed on it for over an hour the first day I gave it to her. And it has held up pretty well so far, no sharp edges, no splinters. I check on it regularly to make sure it’s still safe, and I keep an eye on my pup while she’s munching on it. The downside is, it’s a tad bit smaller than I was expecting. Definitely worth it though.

Perfect size for my dogs. My bigger dog is about 50 lbs. He likes to chew on it. My smaller dog (17 lbs) can also chew on it.

I have very large dogs and I was constantly buying chew toys when a friend recommended deer antlers as a longer term solution. I had purchased some at the local pet store, and been pleased with the results, but found them quite pricey. Next logical step was to see how Amazon prices out, and these were half the price. What I didn't realize was that these antlers were also half the antler, hence only 4 stars. It arrived already pre-cut lengthwise, which wasn't clear in the photo, making them much less durable and no match for my Dane/Lab mix's jaws. He had it broken down in a matter of hours. My advice would be to look closer when purchasing, and if you have a large dog with strong jaws like mine, opt for a full in-tact antler segment. One antler lasted us 3 months and was well worth the cost for that feature alone!

I don't really have any 'brand loyalty' for antlers. These are just as good as any imo. My dogs prefer the split ones to the whole ones in general. I will say that when I ordered 2, one was def thinner than the other but it was still a hit :)

Dangerous to dogs that chew. Item splinters into small pieces. Item is not returnable . Amazon made it right
