I have a bad knee (torn meniscus ligament) and this supplement has changed my life for the better. The stuff works to relieve my constant knee pain by blocking the swelling response, but doesn't reduce swelling if it already present. Half of my pain is due to swelling, most of the knee stiffness is swelling, so taking tree doses of two capsules nearly removes the symptoms entirely. My wife has started taking these for repetitive motion swelling and loves it. For the money, this works well and comes quickly from the seller. A good buy.

Both my wife and I developed an eye floater about a week after starting the curcumin. A floater is a permanent dark spot in your vision. We are both in our 60’s, which is when floaters start to appear from age-related eye changes, so it’s possible that it was just a coincidence that we got the floaters then. We are not happy about this.

I took this product for 4 months and loved it (then stopped working with last bottle). It help significantly with my arthritis pain. I did end up having to take it with a separate gingerroot supplement because it gave me very loose stools several times during the day. That finally evened out and then the last bottle I purchased was like taking nothing at all. I looked closer at the capsules and noticed a very uneven color in the powder. I think there is a very inconsistent manufacturing with this company and product. I am switching to a different manufacturer. I want to make sure that product is consistent with each purchase, after all I am ingesting this!

I have taken Curcumin for years, but I was told that Curcumin Phytosome is even more effective. I decided to purchase this product and have seen continued positive improvements in my general health, more specific, in my joints. I will continue purchasing this specific product.

It is important to me that it is absorbed into the body. I feel like after researching a ton of comparable products this is one of the top choices to get the curcumin benefits without wasting your money.
