There is a subtle smell from this that ended up making my water jar smell the same. I would not use this for any food ever. I have also never experienced an odor with any of my other silicone products including spatulas and ball jar silicone rings.

Received these and did the pinch test and saw a lot of white; which means there are fillers in these lids. If they are 100% silicone I should not see white. Returned them.

These lid liners are fabulous! No leaking whatsoever. And no rust like what you get when using metal lids.

Makes the jars leak proof and gives a good tight seal

Easier to clean for me, than the metal ones.

Work great and don't have to worry about rust! I store breast milk in mason jars and now I can sanitize these without worrying!
