Items Perfect Had an issue with Amazon customer service tho
Overall, the product itself is amazing, delivering exactly as promised. However, my experience with the customer service department was disappointing. The item arrived late, and initially, I was assured of a refund by a customer service representative, who even suggested I could keep the item. Sadly, upon following up later, the new agents were rude and uncooperative, failing to honor the refund promise. In comparison to other companies, Amazon's customer service, particularly representatives like Angali and Mohammad, fell short in terms of professionalism and support.

Worth it as a huge LOU fan!
He just arrived today and he's gorgoeus! I've been a huge LOU fan for over 10 years now and this is such a cool piece to add to any fan's collection. Great quality and packaged well. So happy!

Amazon Do Better
The figure is awesome but Amazon decided to pack the package in a box that was more than twice its size with barely any packing material so it just rolled around resulting in damage so it can’t be sold as a collector item

My Collection is complete!
I’ve been a TLOU game fan since day one. Same with TLOU2 so I am happy that my main collection is complete! Fast shipping, good price, only complaint is his skin tone is a bit more “spray tan” looking than it should be. That seems to be a recurring issue with this statue. Not sure if it’s a production paint thing or what. Bottom line, everything else seems great and I can’t wait to get them up on my shelf to display.
