This mat is very bright in color. The pictures don’t do it no justice. It is the right length. I love how it closes & opens. The straps snap together when I’m done using it. The small extra padding mat that came with it; is great for me. I use it for my head, elbows, hands, & knees. I have knee issues, so it really helps not to hurt my knees. That’s why I chose this particular mat. The thickness of the mats are really really really helpful. My knees don’t hurt from being on them for long periods at a time. The mat stays in place and don’t slip or move. Hopefully, this mat lasts a long time. I love it and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely, recommend this mat to my Family & friends.

This mat is so comfortable to use. It’s definitely NOT like being on a hard surface. I use it at work for stretching and the kneeling pad is so helpful. I am not a regular yoga person and am often dressed in non-yoga clothes. The kneeling pad keeps me completely off the floor and makes getting up/down so much easier. This was an excellent purchase and I recommend for anyone who wants/needs padding. Having said that, it is not so padded as to cause any issues with balance. Super cute colors and so easy to un-roll/roll up right in my office. Strap makes it easy to transport and keep the mat rolled up securely. Definitely worth the money and would recommend it for anyone looking for a good quality mat with a nice thickness.

As soon as I got the mat out of the package I knew it would be comfortable and help with support on my back and knees. I am happy I chose this mat because I have been through several mats that still cause pain when doing certain exercises on them. This mat I am NOT limited to what floor exercises I do and is very comfortable and thick padding which is what I needed.

I am using this item for my workouts and it is completely comfortable and soft, also the package arrived in great shape already with the straps on it and the knee pad rolled into the main mat, overall great quality and I’m glad to have purchased this item
