Have used this lightly on leg cramps… I use two or three nights a week and no leg cramps in middle of the night! Massage therapist recommended trying and it does the trick!!

I've been using this product daily for a year. It's hard to know if something is making a difference in your life, but I'll try to say what this has done for me. I base this on my how I felt before I took the magnesium and how I feel now, with nothing else in my life changing (my workouts, diet, sleep, hasn't changed). The biggest change is that I have been applying this spray daily.I don't feel sleepy/drowsy during the day anymore. I used to get drowsy around 2-3pm and struggle to get to the end of a workday. Even when I eat junk food I still feel wide awake through the entire day. I never truly felt "wide awake" before regular magnesium. Now I am more awake and alert than before.I fall asleep easier and think I get better sleep. I don't wake up as much during the night, and I definitely wind down and go into sleep faster.It feels like my muscles work better. This is hard to describe, but it's almost like the fibers are sliding better. I haven't pulled muscles much since applying the magnesium. When I workout, I don't feel as tight in the muscle, they feel more fluid. Like I say, they seem to work better, more efficiently. I feel stronger in my workouts (mostly endurance wise, like stronger on the last rep), I recover faster and I don't feel as sore as I used to.That's about the extant of what I've noticed. I'm sure there's been other things but things that are imperceptible to me. It is said that magnesium is essential for 300 or more chemical processes in the cells, so I can't help but think this is important for the body. I don't think I'll ever go back. I ordered the biggest refill container recently and I think I have only missed a handful of days of applying the spray. It lasts a veeeryy long time.
