I am using the OptiMSM 1000 MG tablets to help with arthritis in my lower back. I've just started using them so I'm unable to critique any long term value hey might have. Thank you for the expeditious manner in which they were sent. Very easy to swallow.

I work nights and take my supplements after my lunch. I've added these to my mix of delicious goodness, however, I seem to be growing a third eye. I discovered that if I stop drinking beer after work the third eye seems to fade away. I'm like any other person that wonders what it would be like to see beyond 3d, but it's just looks to creepy. I won't give up the beer, just this.

These work just as well as any other but not worth it, as several pills were broken.

What's important to me is that the company has independent verification of their product. This does not have that, so if I find a brand that does, I will switch. Amazing Formulas does at least have the good manufacturing practices sticker. But since I believe that people are very often getting taken advantage of with no independent lab testing on supplements, the minute I find MSM that has that, I will switch.
