I believe in supporting small businesses. Especially those that use organic products. I’d been purchasing from this seller probably since 2008-10 when they first became available on Amazon and even EBay of my memory serves me right. I even purchased their skincare products. However, after several years the prices went sky high and I was very disappointed. As a loyal customer, I was never offered a loyalty discount or anything and despite wonderful customer service, I had too stop purchasing this product. It saddens me to have to no longer use such a quality balm simply because it’s now outrageously priced. I understand post pandemic inflation, but for smaller businesses, weird of mouth and loyalty should mean more to owners than anything because it can make our break your product line. In the future, at minimum, offer discount codes to those that essentially supported you in the very beginning before your product exploded on the internet. Don’t forget your roots. I can no longer afford this product and I’d be inclined to return for it for the quality and customer service if it were offered for what it originally was…. Nearly half the price it’s listed as currently. Good luck. I regretfully must stop purchasing from you.

This product makes my lips feel so smooth! glad it was rated 0 hazard in cosmeticdatabase.com...I have recently switched over to organic products and a healthier living....enjoy! this smells just as it says...can't wait to try more of their products!UPDATE: (1/14/2012)This product is good for on the go or quick application since I am obsessed with stick products whether it be foundation, concealor, and best of all this 2-in-1 can be for many uses. The update is for something I found that is way better than this but not in stick form =(....I use this mainly as chapstick at night and I have to apply it MANY times throughout the night and morning and I still wake up with dry lips and I constantly peel my lips which is a bad habit..this works well in the summer but the winter I need something EXTRA and I finally found it!!! I found Aquaphor! It's pricey but it's like vaseline on steroids..it's so moisturizing! I use it for EVERYTHING! Even as lotion but it's super thick! I use it on my lips at night and I don't have to reapply at all and it's still moisturizing in the morning when I wake up!1/15/15:UPDATE- This is a GREAT nose butter for dogs! My dog had a extremely rough nose (maybe allergies or weather) I applied this 2x's a day (morn/night) and his nose is healing extremely fast. If you love animals then this will work on them too =)BTW I still use vaseline, aquaphor, and Qtica moisturizer under lipstick only.

I love this lip balm. It is soothing & it has a light pleasant chocolate scent. The scent is not over powering. It can also be used as a moisturizing balm on the back of your hands or your elbows, etc.I highly recommend it & I would definitely buy it again.On a side note, it came wrapped in tissue paper with a small sample & a gold Thank You sticker. I’m mentioning this because it’s rare that you see someone take the time to make the effort & it was a nice touch.

This is my favorite, go-to-balm! I've used it for years and was excited to see a big one! Ha! But it's awkward to put on my lips. I can't get around the corners of my lips and the top of my lips with this size. It's just too big. The second day, the unit got stuck and I couldn't get it to come up. I was really annoyed. After 15 minutes of trying to get the balm to come up, I pushed REALLY hard on it when I was turning it and it finally re-engaged or something and started coming up again. I hope this works until all the balm is gone from the unit. I have a pack of the small ones coming and I'm going to stay with those so I can keep them all over my house and in my car. Best balm on the planet though!

I've suffered for 30 years with a condition known as exfoliative chelitis. It is basically eczema of the lips, probably from the mitochondrial disease or mutated DNA I have that's given me a bad immune system. Anyways .. diet, omega oils, probiotics help a lot with those conditions...but it was like I could NEVER get that last layer to stop peeling.... Until this product. No other lip balm did anything to stop the peeling. It just softened the layers of peeling lip. This product used nightly.... Has given me 100% normal looking lips. I've bought it for my whole family now. I have one I use for my fingertips too bc they also tend towards eczema. This balm is a true wonder and I love it. Thank you for making it.

My baby had very rough, dry, chapped cheeks from rubbing her face (on me, the carrier, sheets, etc) as she slept. That, combined with drool from chewing on toys, made her face constantly irritated and in need of reprieve. Absolutely nothing I tried would make much of a difference at all. I tried many organic balms, lotions, chapsticks, even a bit of cortisone cream in desperation; all would seem to improve a little bit, but never come close to healing. After just one application of Choco smooch, her cheeks were sooooo noticeably smoother, less red and irritated and were far, far better than multiple days and even weeks of any other treatment. After applying this several times over the course of two days her cheeks were basically fully healed and have been since, even through the cold winter and walks outside. I can’t recommend this product enough. It definitely does smell chocolatey, kind of like hot cocoa mix. That can be a plus or minus depending on personal preference, but it’s a smell the whole family has come to love on her.

-I would recommend all the products this company do, not only are they beautifully scented and organic as you know. But they really do what they say they should - the repair cream and the - lip and face balm are specifically good for any age skin protection that's it, they do protect your skin old or young this product would appeal to anyone. I would suggest trying this whatever your choice of product is, this is certainly one worth a try - a friendly service too from the staff if you need them.

Choco*Smooch organic baby lip & face Balm does not only smell superfab (sweet chocolate scent) but works great on adult skin too. It is also very soft and doesn't leave any grease-like texture on lips. (*I bought it for my use).Clean and nicely packaged and superfast delivery.

Very wood but quite expensive

I bought this 6 times by now. THATS HOW GOOD IT IS. and i bought it for myself and im 20 y old that has vereryy dry skin. This stuff... I cant live without!

Smells good, handy roller mechanism, nice for baby's chapped cheeks, just have to remember to take it out with us....
