Sage is super helpful when breastfeeding moms are ready to help dry up your milk, this and parsley capsules as well. I became an over producer with milk so it took longer for mine to dry up enough so that that I wouldn’t get mastitis again from not emptying the milk. I discovered an unexpected benefit of sage as well, it helps with night sweats as well! I also sweat more than most women when I workout and I have noticed even during the summer heat (even when I’m not working out) that I am not sweating like I used to!! These caps are easy to swallow, effective, and a great value for your money! They don’t taste like anything or repeat on you, they don’t smell really at all, and are easy to use.
