I gave this purchase considerable thought before following through, because the reviews were mixed. I couldn't find much else like it on the market so I ended up going with this one. So here's what I thought of it.It looks like the seller has taken the negative reviews to heart and improved on the product. Unlike previous renditions of this stand, it is extremely sturdy. It is simple to put together, but requires some elbow grease and time. The notches barely fit in the slots, and in fact some of them cracked a bit when I put them in, but this made for a very sturdy finished product.I am using this for 5x7 art prints, which will fit in the spaces but only barely. I will only be able to fit a few in each, but I'm okay with that. It looks really nice and professional.My only complaint is that the stain did not seem to be dry, or maybe the wood is not the right type for the stain used. I got stain on my hands, and there was a strong smell on the wood.Overall I'm really happy with the purchase. Let's hope I sell enough art to order another.

**after my initial experience detailed below, I was contacted by the owner of the company who sent me a replacement. The new display worked well. It was still tricky to put together but once I got that out of the way the finished product was awesome. It looked great on my market table and makes for great storage in my studio. Overall I'm happy with the piece. I am still docking a star for the hassle of having to get a replacement as well as the tricky assembly. I think if these were delivered preassembled it would avoid a lot of these issues. (Shipping may be more but I think it would be a fair trade. On the other hand I'm sure having it sent out unassembled contributes to the fairly low cost [comparatively speaking] of the item.**Original review:I was a little wary to buy this product based on some negative reviews, though there were several stating that the issues had been fixed and that the ones they had received were simply from a bad batch. Unfortunately they either have not fixed the issues or are still selling from these old defective batches. I was not able to assemble the display due to the slot holes on the horizontal pieces being too small to fit tabs on the vertical pieces. I have contacted the seller and I'm hoping I can get a working replacement soon. At that point I'd love to change this to a positive review. The stain does infact come off on your hands. Pretty disappointed, I was very excited to have this ready for my next market.

While this product is easy to assemble, it FALLS APART the minute you pick it up. The slots are too small for a 4x6 card+envelope in a sleeve, quality of material is subpar. Wouldn't even stay together with glue! Wasted hard earned money on this - DON'T WASTE YOURS!

Envelopes don’t fit. It’s designed to fit together like a 3d puzzle without using tools. It’s all tabs and slots. Put it together, then try and pick it up. It will fall apart. Looks good though.

Love the finished product. Had to sand the slots so the pegs would fit for each piece before putting together. Might make those slots a little bigger next time.

The time to put this together from start to finish was less than a half hour. Watch the video and follow along.. pause..start..pause.. Very Easy. The stand will hold 2 Oracle decks (without boxes for personal use, or 1 Oracle deck with the box. Additional space for other items.. if using for vertical storage.The Price Is Right if you go to shows and need a display. It is light weight and easily moved by me, an old lady with all slots being filled. I read MANY Reviews before purchase and the cheaper deal wasn’t so sweet or easy to install. Many issues with slots being too small etc. I had zero issues!There are downloadable instructions for those who appreciate written instruction. I found the video most helpful.As for shipping, fast and prompt with Prime Shipping. Minimal Packaging which I can certainly live without a ton of bulk!I Highly Recommend and will be telling the Tarot Community about this Shop!And I will be back!

I originally bought the darker ebony color to display my greeting cards. I have several card sizes and the smaller ones fit great but the 5”x7” card envelopes barely fit, they had to bend slightly or sit the cards sideways to get them in. I contacted the company directly before returning the unit, to see if they had suggestions for me. The owner responded and he was extremely nice and helpful. After seeing the issue, he offered a free replacement for my Amazon review. The new one he sent fits my 5x7” cards with their envelope and a protective plastic sleeve perfectly! I was very impressed with how quickly he handled the issue and his professionalism.About the displays: Putting them together isn’t hard but does take about 30 min or so like other reviews mention. The pieces don’t always fit exactly right, so some elbow grease is needed to fit them. I would personally glue the pieces together (and I plan to) because it does easily come disassembled when you are taking cards in and out, or while transporting in the car. I also will paint mine because I don’t love either color option, but that’s just a personal preference that I thought I may do before getting them. I love that they have a top piece for your business name so that you can customize it any way you want. Overall, my only issue now is the pieces coming apart while in use or transport, which is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars… but I think glue will fix that. I would definitely purchase from Torched products again because of how wonderful the service was when I needed some help.
