This small canvas storage basket is functional and attractive. The grey and tan color combination is nice. The neutral color palette can easily coordinate with any decor. The size was also as advertised 15.3 in long x 5.1 in tall x 10.2 in wide. I was hesitant to purchase this product given the past reviews about how small, shallow, and flimsy the construction is; however, it's perfect for the open shelving in my TV console. It allows me to use that space while organizing and concealing my belongings.This is one of the few products that met the dimensions I needed, so I did not find that it was too shallow. I chose to purchase a fabric basket [instead of a plastic or rougher product] to avoid scratching the finish in the open shelf. I have had no problems pulling the baskets in and out by a handle or grabbing it from the top--they slide easily without scratching the wood. I also like that the handles are on both ends in the same canvas material and attached with metal grommets to the basket--making it easy to pickup and carry if there are heavier items stored in it.Regarding the sturdiness, the basket does come collapsed and it doesn't appear the fabric is reinforced with any other material. So I can see it being hard to keep its shape when empty on it's own. I bought four together and noticed after expanding them that only one kept the expanded shape. This is because the basket is weak where it's collapsed or folded. It is folded right below the seam where the grey and tan canvas is sewn together. I did notice that the stitching was great on all of them. It does have a metal rod frame around the top to keep the basket open and that works perfectly on all of the baskets.Since I am using these as drawers, I have not had any problems with them collapsing on their own. The sides of the open shelving helps them stay up. I would recommend these baskets to anyone using them in a similar manner and looking for a flexible storage option. If you're looking for a more rigid product, I'd recommend purchasing a plastic basket instead.

I love this basket. I use it to store baseball hats. It fits two hats side by side with some room in between and then I stack hats on top. It came collapsed but I stuffed the basket with towels for a day and it has kept its shape since. The fabric is thicker and sturdier than I thought it’d be. It fits nicely on top of the dresser and gives a more uniformed look rather than having a sloppy pile of hats. The fact that it’s shallow it’s such a great added bonus.

I didn't really like this product, it doesn't stand up on its own, the sides seem to collapse. You can't put very many items in it. I was disappointed at the quality.

Don't let the photo fool you!! Great construction / material used but they come squished in a clear plastic bag and no matter what I do they will not take correct form.

Cute basket, but when it came it was crushed from being put in a bag. There was no way to get the crease out of it and that made it very difficult to use. Whenever it was empty, it wanted to spring back to its crushed form.

Small on the height of the basket but that's good for my cat who likes to pick through the toys to get her favorites.

The collapsible feature is a little frustrating but they look great.

This does not stand up on its own. Not worth your money.
