It took me a good while to actually try this product. I didn’t quite think it was necessary after we moved out of mold to use a pet shampoo specifically for mold. A regular dog shampoo seemed sufficient or at least I thought it was. However, I attended an online conference for mold. One of the guys from Great Plains labs was soaking just in mold in general. He mentioned mycotoxins in dog food, some of the effects. I pondered the info for a few days and also started looking up what kind of dog food to switch him to. One night, my dog went to eat, then drank some water, then started heaving. As I got up to let him out, he threw up his dog food. This happened off/on and I was always thought he was drinking his water too fast and water logging himself not realizing his dog food was making him sick!!! I was still a little skeptical, I used the immunolytics mold oats and tap tested him. I waited 3 days and of my gosh, the plates were absolutely horrible!!! I’ve used the mold plates on many diff things and never saw any even semi close to as bad as his mold plates. Poor dog. I hated waited. We switched his dog food, shaved him, and washed him in this shampoo. Then also started him on supps. I had noticed after my mold exposure, he would really drive my MCAS symptoms. In assumed it was just pollen, dust, dander but didn’t think for one seed that it was possibly mycotoxins on him as well. He didn’t seem to bother anyone else in family but with MCAS, I’m very sensitive to everything it seems. After, shaving and bathing him, I could be around him without setting my symptoms of, I still have to continually bath him in this but it’s made a huge diff not only for me but for him. I wish I would have bought sooner. And realized he also was suffering from mold toxcity and his dog food was still an issue after getting out of mold. He had mold symptoms I didn’t even realize until after we started him on a mold toxcity treatment. He’s like a diff dog now and the shampoo is one of the products in his protocol. If you have dogs, seriously buy this.

Citrisafe is AMAZING! I love love love all of their products. My staples are the laundry detergent, all purpose cleaner concentrate, pet shampoo, and human shampoo. <3

We were living in mold… I bought this to detox my dog. It smells ok. Isn’t moisturizing, but it got him clean.

This has been recommended in quite a few mold groups I am in.However, one of the ingredients is citric acid which is made from aspergillus…My dog broke out into hives within 10 minutes of using this shampoo.

Washed our cats with this after mold remediation. Animals are usually even more effected than humans by mold illness so I wanted to get all the spores and mycotoxins off their fur. Only washed them once but was happy with how they smelled and feel comfortable that it removed all those toxins from their fur

I love this shampoo for dogs. It is pleasant smelling, mild on the skin, suds well and overall nice product.

This pet shampoo is a little different from the usual. First of all, the ingredients are natural botanical blend. It removes the accumulated dust and grime from my dog's fur. Every time he rolls on the grass, the bacteria and mold accumulated on his body need to be cleaned regularly. The smell is fragrant, which makes me feel more at ease for me and my family to hug him. After using it, I found that it doesn't like to scratch the skin with its paws so much.

My dachshund has itchy skin issues periodically. I wanted to try a new shampoo to see if it would help him. The shampoo did seem to calm his itching to some extent. I don't think there is a perfect shampoo that will cure everything, but I was happy with how it made my dog's itching calm down. The fragrance is very pleasant. And I love how soft it makes his fur.
