Well at least its keeping my daughter up on her school work. That way she can pass and someday many years from now she can get out in the world and get a job! And know where she's at!

Enjoy for children and seniors, anyone who prefers larger text and illustrations. Use to locate current events, places of birth, residences, travel (past , present, future), working with children teens, adults and seniors. Great for memory care work with dementia residents.

My husband and I were searching for an online geography course. I wasn’t impressed with what we found and started researching books. Now, as my husband struggles with his online course, I’m having a delightful time with National Geographic’s Student World Atlas. Leave it National Geographic to present a very thorough, detailed, user friendly book packed with innumerable pictures.

The maps are detailed and engaging, making it easy and fun to learn about different countries and cultures.

Using as a study guide for world capitals and basic world geography. Nice little reference with good supplemental information (flags, topography, economics, culture), very compact. My only complaint it that I wish it were either a spiral or hardback, as the paperback is difficult to open flat.

This is a wonder product and will make a great Christmas gift for my grandchildren. Worth every penny.

very interesting to read

Great pictures and maps. Came in very handy for school. Much easier to read and understand for my young kiddo. Now doing geography work is a breeze to her.

Bought as a gift, & it is now well used. Typical quality for National Geographic, well thoughtout for a child or actually any age. Very pleasing to look at & well researched material

Excellent for children

Excellent, literally overs overall all ascept of being called "atlas". Plus, it is better than oxford's atlas by a far margine. Still for a Indian relevancy explicitly, oxford is higher in than sort of comparision.

I am disappointed. I expected this to be a world atlas but it turns out to be one by the US and for the US. A lot of information are misinformation!

this is a super book - a very good atlas but goes way beyond that with other information, facts and figures.
