Improves sleep and recovery

These are some of the best ZMA supplements I have found. The ingredients and doses seem effective, and the two-pack is great value for the price. I use these to try and help improve the quality of my sleep, and I wake up feeling better rested. I have found these especially helpful after hard workouts where falling asleep can be difficult. Overall, highly recommended.

I love this product! It definitely helps with muscle soreness after a tough workout, deeper sleep without morning fog, and mood changes. The only downside (which isn’t a huge deal) is that the capsules are not sealed super well, so I often get a bit of excess powder in the back of my thy when I throw them back. Not my favorite, but not a deal breaker.
