8mm is about1/4 inch. Google how many inches is the size you have a question about.

Q: Is the brand name of your crystals called Preciosa?

Amazon labeled mine both "Austrian" and "preciosa". Adabele claims its crystals are Austrian. Preciosa is Czech in origin. I would go with Adabele's label and claims of Austrian origin; they are most consistent. You can contact Adabele (www.adabele.com) and they will tell you for sure.
