This device works properly and is really useful. The issues why is not a five star opinion are:1- the plastic case is very weak in the part that attach to the collar, it breaks very often (I bought 3 of these at the same time and the three have broken in that part).2- the case does not support the bite of others dog when playing (I understand that is not supossed to, but we are talking about dogs and obviously a collar attach like this is target of bite-game for them)3- once the plastic case is broken, you have a working device but cannot use it anymore. It would be great to have the option to buy a spare case separately.

It’s trackable by calling only. I can’t get help with the app (I’ve tried) which tracks my phone instead of my dog’s collar. It needs to be recharged daily, and I’ve had it less than a week, so it’ll only get worse. Overall, I’m not a fan.

We ordered this for our small dog who gets out a lot. We received the order in a timely manner. However, neither the instructions that come with the product nor the app that accompanies it are straightforward. After spending a lot of time trying to get it to work, we gave up. I do not recommend this product to any pet owner. Save your money and your time.

...so does the company. I sent it back and the sim card people wouldn't remove me from the billing list so I had to stop them with the bank. DO NOT BUY THIS.
