Works great. I added some frank to my salts and take deep relaxing breaths. Salt does not fall out the holes and holes are large enough there is no trouble breathing through it.

I heard about these inhalers and got one to try out with essential oils.What a great way to work with healing essential oils!I use Frankincense and also Black Spruce.Feel like it is great for my lungs and air ways.My husband tried it and also got one.Now we both use them. His and Hers!

Works perfectly. Salt does not spill out of small holes on the ​bottom as it does on other models. I took a star off because the hole is very large for a nostril.

I suffer from my sinuses and I use this every day for 10-20 minutes with a drop of Eucalyptus oil and has been life changing.Super recommended!!

Good quality salt pipe! Only recommendation would be that there was a cover for the mouth area and also case to put it in, but overall it's nicely made and a great size.
