I buy these especially to make rice crispy treats which are a staple in our house, even as birthday cakes. The usual supplier I use was out of stock so I got these to try. I found this particular kind doesn't melt so well and by time it does it caramelises slightly so loses it's white colour and becomes more beige. I then add a cup of dry marshmallow to give it a more gooey texture. It also doesn't combine very well with the butter so I had to cute the butter down to make it less oily. Overall I will buy again if I have to, but there are other halal options on here that work better for baking.
