Didn't know what to expect from these but they work really well and produce a useful size ice block to target specific areas of pain. Due to using melting ice, they move freely over the skin. The downside is that you need a big towel under the area being massaged to catch the melt water.

Works much better than Dixie cups. Easy to use and takes swelling down. I even use it for headaches. Works well for me.

Makes for a great ice bath; not great for freezers that pull out (no shelves); really needs a lid
I like this product a lot BUT I don't have a freezer with shelves. My freezer has pull out drawers so without a lid this product is tricky for me to put in the freezer without spilling. A simple plastic lid would make me give this product 5 stars all around. I especially like that I don't waste paper with dixie cups.
