I'm so pleased with these feeders. Easy to set up. So convenient to have and a necessity any time I take a trip and need to make sure their fed. So far, the longest I've been gone is 5 days and it looks like there's still about half left of food in the container, so I think it would work for a longer trip.

The media could not be loaded. Was concerned that this feeder wouldn’t clamp on to my tank edge because the tank’s top frame has a lip on the inside. It did clamp onto it fairly well, but it was not completely stable there. I purchased this to use while we’re away on vacation, so I tied fishing line around it and attached it to a frame above the tank. Hopefully the fishing line will keep it from falling in the tank if it should ever get bumped. (We have cats:). It has been in use (to make sure it works properly and consistently) for about a week now.I have it set to dispense food every 8 hours and so far it has worked perfectly!! (For the video. I did push the manual button so it would feed at the moment, but I do have it on the every eight hour timer.) Love the door that is adjustable for feeding amounts! Nice product and I would recommend to others!

Worked great and was a good idea while we were out of town. But I dropped it in the fish tank and it no longer worked, but thats my fault.

We went on a 10 day vacation and we needed to feed our 5 large gold fish and one bristle nose sucker fish in a 100g tank. This seemed to work very well - we came back and the feeder still had battery power and some food. The fish seemed fed and not over fed either (no cloudy water). We didn’t “practice” much with it prior to leaving. I would say the biggest thing to be careful about is the food getting moist and clumping. For under $20 it was better than trying the time release/dissolving tablets or having carnivore fish or having to ask someone to come and feed our fish. It did last past the 10 days too; battery operated.

Well it's only a week that I have put in place & on the tank. So far it works great, setting to how much you want to fed your fish is easy, setting for time you want to fed your fish is easy. Price is good. Product feels cheap plastic but the product works for the reason you want it. I like it. It's worth the buy -update after a couple months I noticed it is working as it should - good product.

Great quality only problem I've had is with its size its large if you use a glass top it would need to stay open, and the food drop selection sometimes moves and it over fed the fish but other then that it's great

Este surtidor de comida es excelente, me da paz de mente cuando viajo, permite darle comida a mi pez en tiempos exactos. Solo hay que asegurar que la puertita donde sale la comida abrirla a un tamaño adecuado para evitar exceso o poca comida. Es un poco difícil así que me tome el trabajo de ponerle cinta adhesiva en la piertita para reducir la cantidad suministrada. Y funcionó bien. Me encanta este ítem lo recomiendo es bien silencioso y da paz de mente

I don't recommend any automatic feeders apparently. Just let your fish go those few days out of town. It was a lot.
