The package arrived on time with one-day delivery. It was properly sealed. Kudos for that.Chromebooks are essentially giant Android laptops with the Chrome OS and desktop style multitasking. Here are a few features on which it delivers depending on my use case:PROs:1. OS: At the price range of 29k, it's impossible to find a good Windows laptop. Chrome OS works way better with minimal lag. The only decent tablet around this price point is the iPad 9, which is a great device but iPadOS doesn't offer desktop like functionality.2. File transfer and charging: It takes around 1.5 - 2 hrs. depending on usage to fully charge. It also gives great battery life of 8 -10 hrs. No external USB ports are required for connecting pendrives and external HDDs (unless you require a card reader).3. Headphone jack and Play Store support: The headphone jack is present and ready to take care of your needs. Just plug in that cheap 100 Rs. headset and you're good to go, instead of costlier and battery dependent bluetooth support. In addition, all the softwares which are required for a student or someone who needs the device for note-taking (WPS Office, Evernote, Obsidian etc.), trading (Zerodha, Binomo etc.), light video editing (Lightroom) etc. can be accessed via the Play Store. Some apps might be absent. However, there are alternatives.CONs:1. Screen quality and touch: The screen is the first and foremost aspect which will need some getting used to. I'll be honest, viewing angles aren't great and it reminds me of those early PCs and tablets from decades past. The colors and portions of the screen fade out if you tilt the screen and yourself a little too much. The silver lining on this is that it's a touchscreen and can be rotated completely 360 and provides a comfortable experience in that aspect. The touch is decent. I didn't find any lag to be honest. If you're using a stylus, I would suggest to search for one compatible with it as I had some issues on that front.2. Camera: A 0.9 MP front camera has been included. Needless to say, the quality is absolutely unsatisfactory and useless for conferences. It should've a 5MP if HP wants it to be used.3. RAM & storage: The 4GB RAM is insufficient for heavy tasks. Sometimes two Chrome browsers, in which one is playing Youtube, and the other one on some other website can cause visible lag and video stutter. I personally recommend 8GB for futureproofing. The 64 GB too can be less fro many despite the free drive storage.4. No backlit keyboard: This one is a personal qualm. I like writing at night in low lights. This feature would have been beneficial. The N4120 model doesn't have it but the cheaper variants do. Do look into if that's something you need.Good purchase, all in all.

नमस्कार दोस्तोंमेरा नाम हेमंत कुमार है ,मैंने कुछ दिन कुछ दिन पहले GOOGLE CHROME BOOK 360 परचेस किया हैआपको बताने में या खुशी हो रही है ,कि मेरी सभी आवश्यकताओं को यह पूरा कर रहा हैमेरी मिनिमम रिक्वायरमेंट्स थी बैटरी लाइफ मेरा मतलब बैटरी की टाइमिंग कितनी देर चलती है मैंने पाया की बैटरी 8 से 10 घंटे चलती हैकंटिन्यू यूजिंग पर, यदि आप पिक्चर ( online YOU TUBE) देखते हैं तो चार घंटे इपावर पॉइंट, एक्सेल ,एमएस ऑफिस ,और बाकी कई प्रकार के ऑफिस कार्य आसानी से कर सकते हैंयदि आप 4G या 5G नेटवर्क से कनेक्ट करते हैं तो आप 4K वीडियो भी इसमें आसानी से चला सकते हैंTHANKS.आखिरी के शब्दों में यह कहना चाहता हूं यदि आप एक विद्यार्थी हैं मध्यमवर्गीय परिवार से तब यह लैपटॉप ऑफ की आवश्यकताओं को पूरा कर सकता हैयदि आप इस लैपटॉप की क्वालिटी एंड परफॉर्मेंस 30 या 40000 के लैपटॉप से कंपेयर करते हैं तो यह नहीं हो पाएगा और यदि आप कंपेयर करते हैं कि 15 से 20000 में मोबाइल मिल रहे हैं उसे बीच में अगर आपको 18 या 20 या 22 हजार रुपए में लैपटॉप मिल रहा है तो आपके लिए बहुत बेहतर अवसर है

Battery life is great and the touchscreen works just as well. The screen quality is amazing and also, the laptop is very portable. However, there is a bit of lag sometimes.Overall, its a great laptop for studying.value for money...
