Q: My battery is not working and it stopped working outside the return window. Can I get a replacement for my battery?

No, there is no way to contact them despite stating that they have a one year “warranty” mine dies after just under 6 months and I have no way to contact them (warranty link on Amazon leads to a blank page) even though it is still allegedly under warranty.
