Solid, good quality
I bought this several months ago. Very good quality and offers several lengths /options. Good if you need to help Seniors. I installed this Wand on a ( Handheld Bidet Warm Water Sprayer Mounted on The Bathroom Vanity,Handheld Warm Water Bidet Sprayer for Toilet by KWOCI) I didn't want to use the sprayer that other unit came with and this was a better solution since it puts the hot/cold lever close to your hand and not the actual spray. Again important if you are helping Seniors/others. I'm actually buying more to install in additional bathrooms. Again, heavy and really good quality. Highly recommend it.

Really well made. That said we carry on vacation but haven't used it as we also have a bidet.

Does the Job
I had a RinseWorks diverter valve from one I installed for a neighbor -- as her toilet was not standard, the valve would not work, so had to get a different valve for her application.Bought a better hose, also from Amazon, and installed all on my toilet. Everything is great EXCEPT:I spent years as a pipe-fitter, and the diverter valve handle is a quarter turn off from the industry standard (the handle should be in line with the flow when open, and across the flow when shut off). The handle can be turned, but only by half turns. It is extremely annoying, but still works.Make certain to shut the water off when not using it, because no flexible hose will handle standard water pressure forever. If you leave it on, you will have a flooded bathroom at some point. The instructions point it out, and there are several other warnings saying the same thing over and over. Believe them and shut the water off -- It is simple and quick to do, and you soon get in the habit.

Heavy but Solid
I previously bought the ABS version but the on/off valve failed after a few years - I heard a click when using it and afterwards it wouldn't turn all the way off. I tried disassembling and tightening the valve screw but it made no difference. But I like the overall design so I bought the metal version as a replacement. So far so good. It's heavy and that took getting used to after the lightweight ABS, but it will be worth it if the valve holds up.

Brass Bidet Spray Wand ONLY
Great product, it is heavy and well made, it is by far the best I have purchased, and I have bought several over the years. It came with an extension which I used and two spray heads that are different sizes and a tool to change the spray head.

Very good quality.
I replaced the spray heads on all five toilets in the house with RinseWorks sprayers. You can control the water flow easier then other sprayers. I believe the water flow valve design on the sprayer is much less likely to leak. Ninety percent of the spray heads on Amazon are the same design. They leak from the spray nozzle itself (thumb activated valve) not the connection to the line. I had five of this type of sprayer and two started continuously dripping after use.
