I've been working out regularly for 40 years and have seen supplements come and go. Creatine is perhaps the most tested and most used of any and once people understand it only works as hard as you do the results are unmistakable.Ordinary creatine servings of 5 grams tend to not dissolve well, cause fluid retention, and other occasional gastric distress. Because this is a tiny scoop of just 1.5 grams and "hydrolyzed" it mixes completely with a mix of juice and water or seltzer. I like to drink it during the workout as opposed to before or after as I feel it absorbs into my system better.No need to "load" as you see still being recommended. When I used creatine as a teen you had to load and take a bunch of it at first for it to work. Now with kre-akalyn you get amazing results without the loading and no bloating. My son swears by it and we reorder several times a year.

I have been going to the gym for the past 3 years and this is my holy grail when it comes to creatine! Texture is great, dissolves very quickly in water, just give it a good few shakes. Gives me the energy to get through the workout but not enough when I'm getting jitters ( this isn't pre workout)Definitely worth the money!

Good flavor, dissolves decently enough, good value. I wish the little scoop could be attached to the outside somehow so I didn’t have to squeeze my hand in like I’m grabbing the last Pringle.

So far so good. I like kre better than other creatine supplements, its really easy on my stomach and my body reacts well to it. I take one scoop before and after workout 5'9 135 (and finally gaining due to a stack with this product and others) I also take a scoop on non training days. It really gives me the extra distance when I'm working out, i notice the squeeze on my last sets still feel almost as good as the first
