Saves your pups health & you money
This is a long review, but I'm a bit too excited right now and can't stop typing! I wasn't paying attention while walking my pup one morning and I noticed a bit too late that he was snacking on a pile of poop. He never has eaten his own poop or any other dogs', so I was shook and thought I saw it wrong and brushed it off. Anyways, within the next week, he started showing symptoms that he's not well and I started googling everything I can. I ended up calling my vet and explaining to them what I saw a week ago. They told me that it might've been an outdoor cat's poop or another type of animal (not dog most likely) and that my dog most likely has worms. They wanted me to come in for testing and fluid injections (he wasn't drinking much water for past 24 hrs) which would cost me $350+ with meds. They, also, offered that I can just simply get a dewormer from them and try to force fluids and food and then come in a week or so later for fecal test. I immediately ordered this medication and it got here the next day (thanks Prime!). It's a powdered mix, so I was a bit confused how to get him to eat this medication, but ended up figuring it out. I dumped the packet into scrambled egg (fried w/coco oil) and rice mix while the egg was still wet and runny so that the powder can stick to it. He ate it all up without any suspicion! Anyways, 2 days after taking these meds, he was back to semi normal again. Main thing - he was hungry & thirsty, woo! Five days later, he was no longer lethargic and ready to play! This costs pennies compared to what my vet was going to prescribe him for dewormer. I feel bad for making him suffer an extra day, but the wait was worth it. I will now be sure to keep at least 1 order of these just in case! One of the best purchases I've made tbh

East to give to my dog.
My dog weighs about 15 pounds so I picked the Medium version. It comes with 3 packets inside. Each pack has 2 grams of the powder. You give one pack a day. I love this because it is really easy to give to my dog. I can't ever get my dog to take pills easily. Squeezing liquid into her mouth is just a big mess also. This powder I just mix really well with her soft food at night. She doesn't seem to mind and eats it all up quickly. So I guess it taste OK. I didn't notice any smell to the powder either. It is a lot of powder and it doesn't completely mix in with the food. It was all eaten so I guess that is OK. She did not get sick or act funny after the three doses. I did not notice any negative effects on her.I like this because it controls tapeworms, roundworms, hookworms and whipworms all in one product. It says it is effective for 6 months so I only have to give it to her twice a year. Easy for me and keeps her healthier. Very happy with this dog dewormer.

Works great!
I brought my Chow-Chow to the vet twice in June to treat the tapeworms and spent $330. Then found those horrible worms again this week! This Canine Dewormer works very well and is much more affordable. My dog doesn't notice powder is mixed with his favorite food at all. Highly recommend this product!

Tastes kind of rough but I don't have worms anymore
I mixed it with peanut butter and it was still pretty nasty, but I FOR SUre don't have worms anymore; so that's chill. They should make this tastes like lemon, like an instant drink kind of deal? I would add it to an energy drink so it would get the worms out faster.

Highly effective and easy to administer
Two features about this dewormer attracted me: the range of types of worms it treats and the fact that the treatment is spread over 3 days. It worked perfectly for our dog and was a cinch to give her. The medicine comes in three little pouches, and it's a very fine powder. I imagine most dogs would lick it up with their regular food. Our dog was feeling sick enough to turn her nose up at the usual kibble, so we mixed the powder into some plain mashed potatoes. Instant success. The powder blended right in to the potatoes, which are easy on a sick dog's stomach. She started feeling better after the first dose and was completely better the day after the final, third dose. She tested clear of worms at the vet the next week. This is definitely the kind of treatment you give for a dog that has worms. I think it's overkill as a preventative measure, though. There are cheaper liquid or pill dewormers that can be given in one dose, once a month. That's what we'll start doing from now on, but this brand is great for effectively solving an existing problem.

Good product, but not adequate for us!
We took in a rescue pup who had been covered in fleas, that had supposedly been dewormed at animal control but they use pyrantel which apparently killed nothing. Two weeks later, I saw live tapeworms in the new pup’s stools. On the rescue’s advice I bought this product and dewormed all of our dogs even though they were a symptomatic. Two weeks after, I saw live tapes again in Hugo’s stools. Fortunately, I had ordered a box of the Bayer wormer which ONLY kills tapeworms and that took care of it.My vet said THIS product is pretty effective on roundworms but only 85% effective on tapeworms. My dogs didn’t like the flavor even mixed into their wet food, but I was able to coax everyone into getting their full 3 days.In all truth, most of my rescue friends are pretty happy with this product. Personally, I haven’t dealt with this issue in many years, since the day of Droncit, which was RX only.If you have a new relatively clean dog, which no visible parasites, this is probably good enough. Prazanquel is 3 times the price and not a broad spectrum anti-parasitic where as this is.
