Dr. Christopher has done it yet again! Finally an all natural vitamin supplement that is from nature! Even the capsules are made from plants! The big difference here is instead of a laundry list of vitamins provided by a chemical, you get a list on herbals ingredients. These herbal ingredients are the natural plant based way to receive all the same vitamin & nutrients in the way we were intended too get them from nature not chemicals. I found Dr. Christopher's Original Formulas strictly by accident. I now have several of his products & they are absolutely amazing! Unlike chemical supplements & medications that are engineered to treat multiple issues, Dr. Christopher's Original Formulas treat a specific area of the body. Not only are they unbelievably effective & take less than a day too start working, they are extremely affordable. I have yet to find a Dr. Christopher's Original Formula that didn't work exactly as stated!

I had started have some Piriformas Syndrome pain and was concerned that it would turn into a herniated disc like it did 6 years ago. I have learned a lot about clearing emotional issues since then so I applied tools from Access Consciousness and EFT tapping. These ongoing with getting back into my yoga routine and workouts started helping. I serendipitously came across Dr. Christopher's herbs on Facebook and knew I wanted to try them as I have had great success with herbs all my life.I got the Vitalherbs and the ones for bone and tissues. In 8 hrs. the pain was almost gone and in 24 hrs....IT WAS COMPLETELY GONE!!!The price was amazing and my body doesn't lie :)I only started with 1each twice a day so my body could adjust. I personally wouldn't recommend the dosage the bottles say,but I'm 5'2" 110 lbs and in really good shape at 62.These are definitely a keeper!

This is all organic and smells fresh when capsules are opened! No more stinky urine like you get with a commercial multivitamin, but gives good energy and fills my gaps when I'm too busy to eat really well.

Everything good. But, if you dont like spicy, do small portions because it has cayenne pepper. Add to juice, or even dish. Try and test first.
