This phone is exactly what I was looking for: something inexpensive but still in great shape, GSM unlocked, that I could send to my niece in Africa.

Great phone to use in Jamaica. Easy to download Google and apps such as WhatsApp, TikTok, etc. Phone arrived brand new and in perfect condition. Easy to swap out SIM card and set up Google account. Nice size, and works fast with Digicel’s 4G network. Def recommend.

I bought 2 of these phones and sent them to be used in Cuba and they are very happy with them...... They tell me that calls are clearer and it perceives the internet signal much more efficiently than previous phones they had.However, I recommend to buy an extra memory, like 64g. Because it comes with little memory from the factory otherwise, it's an excellent phone

Item was listed as fully unlocked. Wasn't the case. IT:S LOCKEDI messaged back and forth with the seller and they tried to tell me it was a carrier issue and was fully clear and unlocked which I dispute. When I check the Network settings it clearly shows T-Mobile and no mater what I did my sim would not work in the phone. I went to a site that checks the imei settings and that site showed the imei as being locked. My carrier also checked and stated it was locked. Tried my sim in a friends unlocked phone and it was fine.complete waste of time.

I like the phone

The description said works with all carriers and when I tried to set up phone for my dad, straight talk said not compatible. The phone itself is great! I am a Galaxy person and bought many in past with unlocked open carriers and this was first one I had a problem with. Amazon accepted the return and I have been converted from an avid Ebay to Amazon junkie!

I got this for a friend., as we changed out her phone. It worked as described.
