Rusts very easily.
Rust so easily. Not the best quality cast iron option out there. You have to be very careful with cleaning this

This product should get zero stars!
Can I give this a zero star? We got the cast iron pan less than 3 months ago and it is a waste of money. After seasoning it multiple times and following all care instructions (using the softest scrubber), the surface has now started peeling out. All we have ever made on it are chapatis (read phulkas - six times a week) - doesn't withstand simple cooking. All the chapatis are sticking, the coating is now peeling (why does it have a coating ???) and this has become unusable. We have owned multiple cast iron skillets and have experience using it effectively. Can I get my money back?

Chipping
I have only had it for 2-3 weeks and noticing chipping and peeling at the periphery of the cast iron tawa. There seems to be some sort of coating that is peeling off despite seasoning.

Great...would be good to have wooden handles to prevent burns...

Rotis never tasted so amazing before . Discarded the cancerous non stick pan and now making rotis on this original cast iron tava. Just truly worth it !!

Why did you choose this product over others?: a must for an Indian kitchen - recommended over the anodised or coated ones. This is heavy , and has a circular area below which is flat - that allows it to be used on UK hobs.
