Good product, works well
The pans are good and food won't stick. They are easy to clean and they last a long time. I had a set of these pans and they lasted a long time but eventually, food started to stick and were more difficult to clean so we had to replace them. The instructions say to season the pans before using them for the first time. Put a little oil on a piece of kitchen paper and rub it all over the inside of the cold pan. Put the pan over the stove at medium-high and let it get hot for a while (if it starts to smoke take it off the heat). Remove from the heat and let it cool off completely. Whip any excess of oil with a clean paper towel and its ready to be used. The instructions say to do this every so often to keep the pans in good shape. This is something we didn't do with my previous set but I will do it with these new pans and I will see if they last longer in good shape.

Superior heating for induction cooking when compared to Gotham Steel Cast
Unlike many other similar pans, these work well for induction cooking. The ferrous content (creating the magnetic property needed for induction cooking) is more than sufficient for these to work decently well with induction cooking. I tried (and returned) Gotham Steel's Cast Textured pans, which Gotham says is their series that does work for induction cooking, but the Gotham pans are not well suited for induction cooking. These Copper Chef pans work well, have balanced and easy to hold handles that do not get hot when used on the cooktop, and they also transfer to the oven because they do not have rubber or plastic parts. They are light weight, which is pleasant to use, and the only downside to that light weight attribute is that the pans have less heat retention. At times, that is not optimal. Heavier pans retain the heat for a longer period of time, which means that when using the Copper Chef pans for induction cooking, there will be a flux in the heat at lower temp settings because the induction magnet turns on for a shorter interval. But overall, these are great pans and the price point means that when they do experience wear and tear (which they will if you use them every day or multiple times a day over a 3-year period), you can buy replacements without breaking the bank.

Excellent Frying Pans
I bought one square Copper Chef pan when they first came out, and was impressed by the durability and non-stick feature, so I bought the frying pan set. They are EXCELLENT. Just a quick sprirtz of olive oil before you start to cook and food does not stick...not eggs, cheese, etc. BUT, be careful is cooking meat substitutes and it can remove the "seasoning" of the pan. Also, follow the directions when you get the pans to wash and warm with oil, then wash and stow until needed. These are highly recommended; I cannot speak about other "copper" pans, but Copper Chef pans are EXCELLENT!UPDATE: If you overheat the pan, it may cause the non-stick to lose its effectiveness and/or warp the pans. I can still cook eggs with a spritz of olive oil and they don't stick; scrambled, fried, frittata...they all cook very well. Clean up is still easy (I hand wash almost all my dishes), with a bit of dish detergent and hot water. I'm still very pleased with the Copper Chef products (and no, I don't work for them or own the company).

Longest lasting nonstick pan I have ever had.
Great nonstick pans! I have had these for almost 3 years. On average I would say I use each pan once or twice a week. I will admit that I almost exclusively use them for eggs- omelettes, scrambles, French toast, or whatever kind of eggs. (I prefer not to use nonstick for other cooking because it is unnecessary and I have never had another nonstick pan where the coating lasts more than 18 months or that can stand cooking at higher temps.) After nearly 3 years the largest skillet is starting to stick a little bit, not much yet though, and the two smaller ones (which are used more often) still don’t stick at all. This is actually the longest period I’ve ever had a nonstick pan last, so I am pleased with it. The coating doesn’t flake off like other pans I have had. They are inexpensive enough compared to others I’ve tried that I think these are an excellent value and I am going to buy another large skillet to replace the one that’s beginning to stick.

Still Deciding But Will Probably Keep Them
I fried bacon in the 12" pan and then wanted to fry an egg in the bacon grease, but the grease all slid away from the center of the pan to the edges, so I had to keep tilting it. The pan seemed to have a high center. I tested the 2 smaller pans with a bit of water and got the same results. When I asked the manufacturer about it, they said, "The method used to attach the stainless steel induction plate to the bottom of the pans may give the appearance of the pan having a bump or high spot in the pan bottom. This is just the manufacturing method that creates a surface that allows the induction plate to be attached." I repeated that it was not just appearance and to see the photos again. They just told me to return the pans if I wanted to.I had purchased this brand once before when I got a square fry/steam/deepfry pan with rack and basket and I loved it. That's why I tried these 3 new pans. I noticed a bit of the same thing (high center) with the square one but thought maybe I had used too high heat or something. I'll probably keep these, but thought others should know. I'd like to know if anyone else has had this experience also.

Copper is beautiful
I use these all of the time for so many dishes. I enjoy using them because I think copper is so pretty. These pans did not come with lids, so the one thing thing I would suggest you order pans that have lids, as I have not been able to find lids that I can order separately. However, I make do with the lids from other pans...

Pretty light which is good
I already one of this in 10inch. I used it for 3 months and until now it's still very good. Any food doesn't stick unlike my other pans that in just few use and food already started sticking.

Muy buenos sartenes
Lo que me gusta es que no se calienta el asa y se pueden meter al horno lo que si es que se tienen que usar a fuego medio bajo
