I highly recommend these vitamins! They’ve really helped with bloating, fatigue, and hair loss. My mood has improved so much, and I even got my sisters and mom to start taking them too. I have more energy now and actually enjoy my workouts before, I was feeling so drained. Overall, I’m very happy with these vitamins!

Very effective on what it advertises to do. I could see and feel my body go back to its normal after the 1st week. My energy was back and my hormones were not wacky any more. I stopped feeling bloated and it has helped me go to the bathroom every day. I also noted my PMS was gone. These are only my own results, hopefully it goes the same way for all of you. I have recommended these to everyone I know. The size of the capsules are very easy to swallow. This is a great quality product and packaging.

I take animal pack regular vitamin pack in the AM, and the womens power balance in the PM. My mood has significantly leveled out and sustained throughout the day. I lift heavy and I do feel like this combination gives me an edge.

Bought these for my wife as I am take animal pak and animal stak. She loves them she says she feels the difference with her skin and also her nails are growing strong and long.

I first bought these supplements and started taking them consistently every day at the end of February 2024 and am writing my review now because I am just noticing the benefits of these vitamins...speedy hair growth, improved skin tone and elasticity and overall feel better. I had read so many reviews similar to my experience before purchasing and only purchased because my husband uses several other Animal Paks daily and has relied on them for years. I thought the women's reviews I read similar to mine were BS but I am here to say indeed, they were not and my apologies for thinking so. Lol If you're shopping for an overall great women's vitamin, would like better, stronger hair, and overall nicer skin then this is for you! Don't look any further. I was once skeptical but will be taking these forever. ;)

I really didnt think they were helping until I stop taking them. I didnt think it was helping with my joint pain, wrong. Discomfort dropped from 8 to 4. That helped me sleep better. I didnt think it was giving me energy. I guess I thought it would be like caffeine. I was less motivated in the gym. Im not a hard core gym rat. I did notice I was not working as hard without them. My bowels went from 3x a week, to daily. Im hooked. ps there is a slight taste of pepper. Oh, they made me sick when I took them on an empty stomach. But they say take after meal, but Im hardheaded.

I started taking this earlier this year, during the cold winter months up Northeast, and didn’t expect anything besides maybe some nicer hair/nails. However, within a month, I couldn’t help but notice an increase in daily energy, increased motivation at work, and lower stress overall. I had heard quite a bit about Ashwagandha as a larger stress deterrent, however now I am a believer. I have suggested this multi to every woman in fitness I have interacted with, and have continued to use daily for 6 months. From my end - I absolutely can say this multi is awesome, and is enough of an impact to justify the price.
