FageTotal 0% Fat Strained Yoghurt 450g

I use this Greek yogurt a lot. It is very good to use as a base for making savoury or sweet dips without adding any unnecessary contents that may be in a shop bought one, also you can make what you need, so no waste. It is also very good with some sweetner/vanilla essence for having with fruit as a dessert. Very good value for money and a good sized pot.

This yoghurt is perfect for overnight oats, which I have before bed as the calcium, magnesium and protein help me sleep through the night and the protein and casein help to build and repair muscle. Here’s my recipe if you don’t know how to make ONOs: 100g Fage yoghurt, 50g organic jumbo oats, 10g chia seeds, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, 100ml any milk or water, stir and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Top with 20g nuts - I like walnuts - and fruit (but I prefer to add 50g frozen berries with all the initial ingredients. Chopped frozen strawberries or raspberries are my personal fave).

I love this Greek yoghurt.I don’t like the cheaper versions “like Greek yoghurt as there full of sugar.This one is great for breakfast and smoothies
