This is a well-made product, with strong, quality materials and it has held up well. At first, I didn't think much of how it strengthened my inner thigh muscles (adductors). But then I discovered that it does make me work harder IF I squeeze and HOLD my legs in place close together for 5-10 seconds. A set of 20 is a good workout and I try to do that 2-3 times a day.

I bought this because I don’t have a lot of time to exercise, I have a busy life and run a business. I liked the ease of using this while sitting at my desk writing notes or at home while I’m folding laundry. The resistance is good and I really feel it working. I also use it for my arms as well. I liked it so much I bought another one to keep at my office.
